Inactivity Policy

Hellonext is for everyone. We want to make sure that you have a great experience using the platform. To ensure cleanliness and availability of the platform, we have a policy to handle inactive accounts. Read on.

Domain name sqatting policy

We prohibit domain name squatting. If you are a registered user of the platform and have registered a domain name with us, you are free to use it actively. Inactive accounts maybe deleted or renamed to prevent squatting at their discretion. This is to ensure that there is room for other active users of the platform.

Any attempt to buy, sell, or solicit domain names is strictly prohibited. Such activity may result in permanent suspension of the account.

Unpaid trial accounts

Accounts that are unused after their trial period will be deleted or renamed by our stadd at their discretion. If there is no response from you for the emails we send about the deletion, the answer will be considered as "go for account deletion".

Trademarks and account ownership

If you believe that some other account is infringing your trademark on Hellonext, please contact us for additional information.

Requesting an account URL

If a domain name on Hellonext is not available, you should consider selecting an available variation usually by using numbers or dashes between words.

Requests for inactive domain names on Hellonext can be made through our contact form. It is important to remember that the domain name release is at the discretion of the Hellonext team, and the team has no obligation to release any domain name on request.
