Announcing Widget 2.0 in Hellonext

The feedback submission widget was well received by our customers and is now back with an upgraded version. Now, you can collect feedback seamlessly and show the users all the feedback submissions with detail.

In the earlier version, we supported the embed of the widget in the bottom right corner and now you can embed the widget anywhere you want. Yes, anywhere on the webpage.

What you can do with the new version:

• With the new widget, you can view all feedback and open any feedback to see its details in the widget itself.
• Embed the widget on any part of your web page. If you decide it is going to be on a button in between the paragraphs; we support that.
• Better and optimized performance.

How to embed the widget

• Log in to your Hellonext account
• Navigate to your organization settings page
• Copy the JS code snippet under the “Widget” section
• Add this to your website HEAD tag
• Just give an opening selector to customize the position
